The Capital Region Clown Arts Festival

The purpose of the Festival is to support your continuing clown arts education needs and desires.
Previous editions of the Festival have proven to be a fun and inspiring local source
of continuing clown arts education. 2011 will brings lots of laughs and new opportunities.
You don't need to be a clown to participate in the Capital Region Clown Arts Festival! However, having an
active interest in the clown arts will help. There are no registration fees. Materials fees? Sometimes.
